"It is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel ."

"The hotel is very small and in a semi-rural area of Kyoto. However there is a 7-eleven situated literally across the road from it, making it a little bit more convenient. The staff and service were excellent. The free amenities were excellent. The room had a washing machine, drying machine, stove, microwave and kettle. Everything you need for a trip. Overall 5 stars. "

"We were excited to stay at such a beautiful home, but became increasingly disappointed as we found one thing after another missing or broken. The bathroom sink faucet wouldn't run. Neither tub was usable. The sauna light was burned out. The pillows with the futons didn't have pillow cases. The communication for the check-in procedure was contradictory, causing us to wait outside the gate for 20 minutes for someone who never showed up. "I loved staying at this property! It had so many amazing amenities in addition to the onsen like the free late night ramen, all day ice cream, and morning yogurt drinks! There was a wide spread of items at the breakfast buffet for a great price. The tatami mat feature throughout the hotel was also so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel next time!"

"Location is excellent. Our little kid (less than 2 years old) loved the view of shinkansen and taxis moving around. It helped us a lot for comforting a little baby. The hotel was renovated with good quality interior and TV. Price was good compared to other hotels."
