"We stayed three nights in late November 24. We were very happy with our room, the staff & hotel atmosphere.Our room was immaculate, the staff helpful, obliging & very polite. We were very impressed & will return."

"Room was spacious and clean. Spa was small but newly refurbished so it was good. However the reception at spa need a rethink how they welcome to guest. No chair nor table for waiting or for writing. A bit odd considering it has just been refurbished."

"Property is excellent however they need to get a ramp or bellmen to assist with luggage as there are a set of stairs and if you are carrying large luggage on your own it’s quite difficult. "

"Fab trendy hotel , Queen beds so soft and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly . The hotel smells so good , everything in room you require and great fancy extra touches , like coffee machine , robes etc . Great location in between two tube stations nearby .. Brilliant and will definitely be returning ! "
