At 10am on a Sunday morning, the buffet was depleted and was not refilled or refreshed in the 45 minutes we were there - everything was cold and when we told the manageress she only then noticed that the heaters had been turned off! "I was pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Great location for my stay within easy walking distance from tube station. Area felt safe and lots to offer being close to Spitalfields and Brick Lane. The reception area was modern and offered excellent facilities with bar/cafe and seating options. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with a quick and easy check in.
