"It’s situated right near a busy street and a night club so it’s very noisy. I stayed during a heat wave and was on the third floor and there weren’t even shades for all of the windows to keep the sun out, so at night time it was so hot and muggy. Just overall not a very nice place to stay. Didn’t find the staff overly friendly either. But it was the cheapest accommodation I could find with short notice for my time, so I guess you get what you pay for. Had some regret I didn’t splash out a bit...

"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."

"The property is beautiful and filled with art throughout. The front desk was LOVELY during check in and check out. "I was pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Great location for my stay within easy walking distance from tube station. Area felt safe and lots to offer being close to Spitalfields and Brick Lane. The reception area was modern and offered excellent facilities with bar/cafe and seating options. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with a quick and easy check in.
