"As it mentioned before, the property is old. The room is cleaned, but the beds and the room are too small for 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child). Very generous in amnesty. Pyjama is provided. Very standard breakfasts are included with free drinks and ice cream. Too much noisy from the road (even at night time). The location is just good. Walkable but not that easy access to station. "

"No check-in information was sent prior to our arrival. At least one hour was wasted after we arrived at the property. After we managed to make several phone calls, one staff finally arrived to show us how to get in the house. The bedroom is not big enough to accommodate 5 people - 2 single beds and 3 Japanese futons. It's misleading on the reservation website. The room has terrible smelling. The property should provide basic toiletries. It would be better to provide wi-fi."

"The management was so thoughtful. They really took care of us. We stayed at 1-2-7 Ebisunishi. The little apt was located in the perfect spot. So convenient with 4 train stations in walking distance, a grocery store with the most delicious ready made food just down the street, great shopping area and restaurants nearby. The apt was equipped with cooking pans, dishes, a washer with soap. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back. "

"This is not a hotel. This is basically an air BnB. It should not be listed on this website. It's a tiny room, but has everything you need, bed, bathroom, kitchenette. It is SUPER convenient to visit Dontonbouri, and is only a couple blocks from the subway station. The owner was overly communicative leading up to the stay. You can hear anything happening in the alley though. Loud drunk people, construction, traffic, etc."
