"The condition of the room was not the best. There were stains and scuff marks all over the walls, the floor had pieces missing and there was a bit of mold in the shower. It was also not possible to adjust the heat from the room. It was unbearably warm. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. Please keep in mind that you will need an adaptor for the outlets. There is also only one key card given for the hotel, but you can place a random card in the slot to keep the power running while you are out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is even a restaurant on the main lobby of the hotel. Taxis are able to pick you up in the front entrance, and a subway station is less than a five minute walk away. I would stay here again!"

The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating etc. The main problem was that the bathroom’s floor slanted towards the tub - so I kept having to catch myself from falling. I didn’t realize til middle of night. So didn’t ask to change as we also had a lot of luggage. Don’t choose Room # 1407. In addition the elevator was a bit slow.
