"Amazing from the minute we got there from front desk all the way through the minute we left! There is absolutely to dye for upscale food court in the basement level and 8 story luxury shopping department inside the hotel! The pool and spa are top notch. Can’t wait to go back ."

"The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."

"It was quiet and exclusive. The staff is extremely friendly. It was near a bus stop and was great although the walk up to the hotel with a luggage bag can be quite tedious. Rooms are not that new but very clean!"
