"Very good but… tiny room, lighting could be improved. The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating etc. The main problem was that the bathroom’s floor slanted towards the tub - so I kept having to catch myself from falling. I didn’t realize til middle of night. So didn’t ask to change as we also had a lot of luggage. Don’t choose Room # 1407. In addition the elevator was a bit slow. "Hotel itself was fine, super close to the Main Street food/shopping area and not too far from the palace. My issue was the thermostat in our room was pointless, it was set to 21 (the lowest it would go) and it never got below 24.5 which made sleeping uncomfortable."
