"隣の部屋の人にムスリムのお祈りで勝手に部屋を使われていたり、共有キッチンで作っていたハラールの臭いがかなり強く残っていたりなど、隣人との関係に問題があった。また、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ないなど、ほかにもいくつか問題があったため、予定より早くチェックアウトをした。しかし、フロントの対応をしてくださったお姉さんはとても親切で、丁寧だった。"

"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. The bedding was stained, the outlet was burnt, the sink had residual food and everything advertised was a lie. For the price we paid we could've stayed at...

"Even though we got to the address given - we spent two hours trying to checkin - as no clear checkin instructions received prior to day of checkin. Infact we were aggressively sent away by building information staff !!! In the end checkin was via a luggage storage company in the basement and a whatsup application. Tough luck if you do not have an internet connection whilst travelling or a smart phone for the whatsup instruction...."
