"Very comfortable and cute! It's winter, but it stays really warm. It can be a little hard to reach the staff sometimes, but you'll figure it out. My only complaint was that it's difficult to get complete darkness in the room to sleep because there are little lights on the electronics. I wore a sleep mask."

"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. The bedding was stained, the outlet was burnt, the sink had residual food and everything advertised was a lie. For the price we paid we could've stayed at...
