"Fantastic room (5th floor, 2 rooms on that floor) which is quite large, separate bedroom, living areas, and bathroom which has views, balcony views of Mt Fuji, beach, and Enoshima. Nice king sized bed, good tea and coffee machine, bathroom is huge with decent bath, shower, and views over bay. Good restaurants in vicinity (maybe 5 minute walk to the restaurant hub but Mosberger is next door). Choice of breakfast, we took the Japanese style which is pretty decent - fish, rice or rice...

"It is a 5-star hotel with 5-star service :). If you miss the scheduled (only a few times during the day) pickup at the train station, just go to the cable car station and call the hotel. They will send a van to pick you up in less than 10 min. For travellers who use data only SIM plan, make sure you have app (we use Skype to make the call) that can make international phone call."

"Excellent onsen ryokan at a very competitive price. You to select three 50 minute sessions in one of the three on-site onsens per day (one in the morning, two in then evening). The staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a bit of a hike uphill from the station but nothing someone moderately fit can't handle."

"This was by far the best accommodation that we stayed in during our three-week trip to Japan. Highlights: Efficient, professional, thoughtful and friendly staff. The most comfortable rooms and perfect nights’ sleep anyone could wish for. A well-equipped kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities. Amenities provided were all excellent quality. Magnificent views overlooking Yokohama – especially at night. Fantastic location – quiet but with easy access to Bashamichi train station and Minatomirai just a short walk away. Thank you very much to the hotel management and staff for providing such top-notch accommodation. You made us feel at home in Yokohama and we hope to see you again sometime in the future!"
