"This was in a really good location away from the craziness of Times Square but still convenient as the Subway station is right by the Hotel. We had an issue with the heat in our room upon arrival but it was taken care of. The staff, in particular Eugene the General Manger was amazing! There is only one small elevator for the entire Hotel so that was the only downfall but I would definately recommend it!"
