"We had a wonderful stay at Krystal Grand! The resort was spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. A special thank-you to Gabriel, who worked with Expedia—he was super helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. His assistance truly made our trip smoother. We went for my Mothers birthday, and the staff went above and beyond for her! While the buffet offered a wide variety of options, it did feel a bit excessive after a few days, and we found ourselves wishing for more variety or lighter meal choices. However the restaurant were great, we really loved the Italian place Risotto! Wish the massages were included in our package along with the sky lounge. Overall, Krystal Grand is a fun and peaceful place to stay. It’s family-friendly without being overrun by kids, making it a perfect choice for those looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Viceroy was beautiful. A little limited food wise and the food was okay. We had an incident with the concierge that initially made us mad but I think they did the best they could to remedy the situation. "

"It was beyond our expectations. A very good all inclusive resort. I have been tried many but this was one of the best. The staff, foods, variety of restaurants for dinner( no reservation was needed but for Sal). The beautiful beach was over our expectation, white sand, nice water and lots of cabanas on the beach as well as the pool side. Free transportation was very convenient as well. The first come first serve cabanas was adding up to our comfort of the day. Hotel needs to be updated as is dated on some areas but it doesn't make a huge difference of the guests experience. "
