There is a cenote on site we did not know about until we were leaving and wish we knew sooner is the only thing that could have been improved on. Probably because we arrived in the evening and we booked the tour for the next morning which goes to the cenote is the reason we did not know there was a cenote. "Was hoping to get a good hotel but we got a bit of trouble. Someone was waiting for us when we got there but the room was not what we expected. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, it seemed like it was a problem in all the rooms (something to do with the pipes). Not that much water coming from the shower, don't expect warm water... Breakfast was included but as it was a Sunday the manager said they won't prepare it and gave us a sandwich. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at...

"Snorkeling every day with the turtles and other marine animals was amazing!!! Fun activities daily, evening shows were fun, food choices each day were excellent. Rooms were beyond expectations, staff was very friendly throughout the resort. Transportation was exceptional as well. Looking forward to our next vacation here."
