"Fabulous hotel , although the bar at the Top of the Mark has fallen in service . We waited about 40 minutes to be seated & although a wait person said they would be right back , they didn’t so we left . This at one time was the best bar in San Francisco . No longer "

"The hotel was great! Clean and conveniently located! Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning our room every day! The only suggestion I would make is to have the inside of the windows cleaned. The views are wonderful and would have been better through clean windows. "
