"We stayed there for three nights. Upon check-in, we had some issues getting the door to our room to open and after several tries, they ended up giving us a different room that was an upgrade. Beautiful and spacious apartment, but the best feature about the hotel is the location. You are less than 30 seconds walk from the River Walk with all the shops and restaurants. The downsize was the noise at night, which didn’t bother us much. And the staff is kind, friendly, and extremely willing to help!...
