"I was advised by staff at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel that their sister hotel, the Ocean View Hotel was closed due to maintenance. So I can not give you feedback for that stay. "Comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. Great location. The inward facing (presumably cheaper) rooms face onto a courtyard that really needs a lick of paint and a tree or two. Excellent clean gym/spa area. Food and drink a bit of a weak point - like an airport bar, adequate but not great. However, the room rate for a Fri night in Bath was very good value overall."
