"The room was very dark, so not the best for getting ready to go out. Everything else was good. Shower is great, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. They did run out of plates quite often and I had to hold up the queue for a bit while waiting for a plate. The coffee was ridiculous, my husband likes strong coffee but honestly it was like gravy, he had to put a whole milk jug in and it still wasn't really drinkable. No idea what went wrong there! A pleasant stay though. "

"We stayed on 12th February 2025 in room 35. The hotel is very traditional. The lady at check-in was friendly helpful and kind. The hotel has a swimming pool which was lovely and warm. The room and shower room were clean. Free parking on site a huge bonus. Breakfast was delicious everything cooked perfectly. It was in a huge traditional staffed dining room. The Laguna is about five minutes stroll to Bournemouth town centre through two underpasses. Location brilliant for the town centre. We...
