"The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a bit tricky to find the first time, but the location is convenient to the station. I’ll definitely stay there again."

"Only problem i had ,was i couldnt open the window to get fresh air i was a bit unwell when i got there,so a little fresh air would of been nice other than that i would recommend this place to everyone"

"This is a small room but has everything you need and more! Spotless clean rooms, a lot of free amenities, just a nice cozy Japanese hotel. The breakfast was a real introduction to Japanese cuisine. Loved our time here. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, 5 years apart, yet the property has maintained its condition so well as if it was grand opening. The room is bright and spacious compare to the local standard. The public bath is really a treasure. Buffet breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. I will definitely stay here again. "

"I can’t say enough about this place. The convenience of the train station is steps away. There is a McDonalds that you could see from the hotel like a 3 minute walk. The hotel is above a supermarket with everything you may need. Taxis and buses stop all day long right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Staff is excellent. Breakfast Japanese style is very elaborate. Coffee is delicious. Highly recommend. "

"The room may be small, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. High-speed internet is readily available and easy to use. The cleaning staff comes only when requested, making it a very eco-friendly option. "We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay for 4 nights, and loved it. The hotel was located across the street from the Disney train that takes you to Disneyland, Disney Sea, and the Ikspiari area where there are numerous restaurants (including a TGIF, Rainforest Cafe, and a Red Lobster if you want Western food), stores, and a train hub to catch connecting trains to various areas in or around Tokyo. Because this hotel is a Disney partner, you are guaranteed the ability to purchase tickets to DL or DS, even on peak days (cash only) at the desk across from the check-in desk. There is a 24 hr coin or app-operated laundromat, a fully equipped gym, 2 Lawson's, and a Disney Store on the premises. We stayed in an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge where an ample buffet breakfast was included. We also had a nice view of the park's fireworks show at 8:50 pm all 4 nights. The room was nice and the mattress was comfy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Hilton Tokyo Bay."
