"Loved how close it was to everything in downtown Chicago, and the Magnificent Mile. The only reasons for a 4 instead of 5 star, were petty minor - the pool was smaller than the pictures made it look (it's just a lap pool), and the "breakfast available" wasn't much to speak of. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the hotel was close to everything we were going to - when lots of restaurants, so we were able to just walk to most things. "Overall was nice; the room cozy and the bathroom was beautiful! The room was a little on the warm side our entire stay as there was not AC and I like to sleep cold (but that’s more or less a personal problem). TVs in the room also seem to be a little outdated and slow. Lots of shopping and activities within walking distance and the martini bar in the lobby was very nice as well. "
