I have no complaints! Parking garage was adjacent, you could walk to the Mile and have tons of restaurants and shopping, we needed to be centrally located to get to a few college tours and nothing was more than 15 minutes. Very affordable as well.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Chicago! Everything is nearby, location is great!! Staff is friendly and helpful, only thing I can say I didn’t like was how expensive parking can be, but then again you are in the big city.

Room was a bit dated. Some of the wallpaper was peeling, missing piece of the mirror above the bedside lamp, missing cabinet door where the mini fridge is located.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close enough to walk to the Navy Pier and the whole area was pretty nice overall. The front desk staff and parking attendants were very helpful. My only complaints are that the pool was really cold and there is no hot tub.

The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. It is near the NorthWestern hospital so you do hear the ambulance often. We used a noise maker app to block it out. It works perfect.
