"The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool could of been cleaner and warmer but overall a great hotel in great location for what we needed. Bar food was great and nothing was over priced. Looking to book again in 2026 when going on holiday from Birmingham airport 🙂"

"Lovely hotel but few things let the room down. Key holder to make the lights work was hanging off the wall. There was a large stain on the carpet and the TV remote only worked intermittently"

"Great hotel in a perfect spot for the utilita Arena. Food was amazing, plenty of breakfast choice. Beds are very comfortable. Will. Definitely come back here for the next gig trip! "
