Hotel is great. Except we had to book a hour slot to use the pool per day. Not ideal, as it wasn't brought to my attention at time of booking. Also, 2 weddings taking place during our 2 night stay, which meant bars were extremely busy. Just wish the hotel had mentioned this at time of booking.

The leonardo is a beautiful hotel, in my opinion the only thing that lets the hotel down is the cleanliness of the swimming pool area, no footwear is aloud which is understandable but the floors could be cleaned on a regular basis.

Very big hotel with lots of facilities that includes swimming pool, spa, gym, 500 car parking, restaurant and bars, etc. value for money and it’s close to the city centre with about 10 min drive. The property is not bad, nice rooms large and clean. Rooms are well kept and looked after. For me it was a bit too far, 2 1/2 hrs from London. Had to take a uber huge cost. The scenery not the nicest. Property overall is good. Front desk needs some work when greeting clients. First impression counts don’t be rude. Clients are paying to stay.
