The wifi went out one of the days I was there which can happen but was quite problematic as I couldn't get in touch with Sonder to advise without it so had to go to a resto for wifi. "First, they did not have the room we reserved (double) and put us in a single bed room. The clerk stated that because that because we booked through Expedia, they were under no obligation to hold the room. There were cockroaches in the furniture and the toilet had skid marks all through it. We could not stay and checked out and went to another hotel. We paid for something we did not get. "
