"I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Beds were really comfortable. Nothing bad to say! "

"The views of Mt. Fuji were amazing, the private onsen was so beautiful, & the "reserved" onsens so relaxing! The breakfast was excellent (highly recommend) & all the staff so friendly. Definitely take advantage of the shuttle bus service because it's a long walk from Kawaguchiko Station. "

The hotel staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The coin laundry was convenient for longer stays, and the onsen was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing.
