"located not nearby tran station , but the house owner provided free shuttle service, and drove us to a big supermarket nearby. only few minutes walk from the house to lake side, Fujiyama is right over there,beautiful view. there is a very big bathtub in the house, so good, recommend to all vistiors who love Fujiyama"

"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. "We absolutely loved our stay at Cottage Yushin and would recommend that anyone staying at/around Lake Kawaguchi stay here as this side of the lake was very quiet and not nearly as crowded as the other side near Kawaguchi Station (the side where Mt Fuji is). "The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! We asked them to call for the taxi, they drove us to where we needed instead for free! You can see the Mt. Fuji from the upper balcony very clearly! Would recommend everyone to come to this hotel!"

"A little house on legs, with bedroom and living / kitchen rooms. Very functional and clean. Makes a good base-camp for exploring. 2 minutes from station. The ‘loft’ beds have very low headroom if you needed to use them. Slide in! Good email communications on how to find key."

"This is a little gem I stumbled upon when looking for a hotel in the Lake Kawaguchiko area. The hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking the lake. It’s sort of right in the middle of all the activities but being away on the hill makes it completely serene. The hill is fairly steep but the hotel provides a free shuttle service from the station upon request. The facilities are top notch. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The onsen is excellent. Everything you need is provided. They even give you fresh yukatas to use in the hotel. The food was great too. And the staff are super helpful. Highly recommend it if you are visiting the area."
