"Very cosy and snug and we both had a lovely night sleep! Nice selection of teas and coffees, however we did miss the TV! Nonetheless, we both slept well, made good use of the washing facilities and would come back again! "

"This hotel was great! The indoor swimming pool stays open until 11 pm and they provide robes for the pool upon request. The pool area is nice and warm. The hotel and room was clean. I wish it was closer to Heathrow though. It is right at the District Line, so it is conveniently located for the tube."

"Clean, tidy and basic for a one night stay in London. Bed was comfortable enough for one night sleep but longer would probably not be advised. Good amenities generally. Found staff quite stand offish and cold, bordering on rude but then didn’t have too much contact with them fortunately. A small chat, welcoming smile and generally customer service would go a long way."

"It was a very pleasant stay over 2 nights. We had breakfast in the first morning which was a good and fresh selection. Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and great to relax in. Lovely bathroom area - no bath but lovely shower. Noticeably there was no outside noise as the sound insulation was so good. Downsides are there’s no car park, the only one is the nearby Travelodge costing £20 for 24 hours. Perhaps a better rate can...

Would I stay again? - If I had too

"Good things were that the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. However the rooms especially the floors could do with a lot more cleaning. The carpets needing shampooing and the bathroom needed bleach cleaning. There was also a bad smell in the building which was not pleasant. The receptionist was friendly which almost made up for poor quality issues "
