"We love this hotel! It was in a convenient location walking to various establishments and tourist sites. It was close to transit. The building had lovely amenities and we enjoyed the bar space with delicious drinks and food. The room service was also very accommodating. The front desk staff was lovely and even upgraded our room due to our recent engagement. Made our stay!"

"New build in Canary Wharf. Handy for shops and good transport links. Wished there was parking at the hotel, but it wasn’t too far away. Staff very warm and helpful. The only thing that could have been abit better was TV reception in the room really but we were hardly on the room. "

"A real find. Was really not expecting much for the price, but it was clean, compact but with everything you need and a very comfy bed, close to transport links and restaurants. Yes there is currently building work going on, but only during the day when we were out and about so didn’t bother us at all. "

"This was a last minute booking due to the shut down Heathrow airport. Originally myself and a group of friends had intended to travel to Vienna. "This was a great stay. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful; the location is also good right next to Aldgate tube station and plenty of bus routes across London. There are also plenty of bars and great restaurants within 10 minutes walk, as well as various tourist attractions. I paid about £150 for the room for one night. "We had a great stay at CitizenM in Shoreditch- it was easy to get anywhere we wanted and the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. Our only complaint is that only one elevator was working (which we were told about ahead of time), which made for some long waits. We'd gladly stay at the CitizenM again."
