"We’ve really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We were greeted on arrival and we also were explained about how to shower the payment for parking out and given a code to make the charge half price. All the staff members we came across were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The customer service was exceptional. "Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail. Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces! Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!! On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. "
