"I arrived late and was only here one night before I went on a retreat about four hours away. It felt a bit like a hostel (common areas, at least). The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Walked about 100 yards to a pleasant breakfast restaurant (The Rooster?) with good WiFi. I basically just slept here one night. Seems nice, though!"

"Co-working space for remote work is excellent! Dorms & Restrooms are super clean! I loved their free Taco Tour & tons of free activities offered! I highly recommend u to join Carlos who takes you for tacos tour around the neighborhood. Carlos is a foodie and likes to talk about richness of Mexican food & culture!"

I didn't like the upselling and Sales Presentation. You do have the option to skip the Sales Presentation but you have to let them know you are not interested. "

"We loved our stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The location was also great. Lot's of good restaurants at a walkable distance and not too far from the beach. It's super close to the Cancun ADO terminal, so it's great if you want to go on day trips to places like Tulum or Playa Del Carmen. A great option if you're on a budget or want to skip the all-inclusive hotel experience."

Pleasant resort downtown

"Very comfortable hotel with lots of amenities and services. I particularly liked the room, its cleanliness, the size and view over the pool area. The location is also great for day trips pick-ups and a very short walk to lively streets. I also enjoyed the fitness room, the beautiful pools with the lounge chairs. I would have liked for the breakfast to open at 6:30am rather than 7am which is when day trips start so there is barely anytime to get to breakfast if you are waiting for a bus to leave for the day. Other than that, I think this is a great value and I would definitely come back."

"My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the RUI property. We were very impressed with how friendly, clean, and welcoming the property was. The food was excellent and never had to wait long at all. Their Internet and Wifi had great coverage. Our group enjoyed our Happy Hour drinks made by Guzman down by the beach bar. "
