"The property itself was beautiful. Lovely landscaping, and very peaceful environment. We had some problems with our room. The rooms are somewhat dated, and our ceiling started leaking, with plaster falling to the ground. Our butler, Rodney, responded quickly and had a maintenance team come to fix the ceiling. We did not change rooms. We especially enjoyed the quiet pools outside our room. There were few people using them, and sometimes we had a pool all to ourselves. We like that this property is connected to adjoining Palladium properties, as that made our options for dining more interesting. Golf carts were available to ferry people around the property. Unfortunately, sargassum was a problem on the beach. The hotel works hard to deal with the issue, but it’s a natural climate phenomenon and not something easily managed. This was our first all-inclusive resort, and in many ways it exceeded our expectations. It’s so nice not to have to purchase food and drink multiple times a day. We also had a butler, Rodny. He contacted us each morning and asked about our needs for the day, as well as making our dinner reservations for the week. One night we were surprised with a bubble bath and champagne. This was a service we greatly appreciated!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It gets a ten! The adults-only area is amazing. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with your significant other. The room is spacious and comfortable, and has everything we need for a good stay. I read many reviews about the food and was concerned beforehand, but trust me—there are so many options, the food is fresh, and the drinks are made with high-quality alcohol. Everything was delicious! The shuttle train to the other resort, Bavaro Palace, is very helpful, and it's safe to go there and return to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the beach is cleaned daily, so there isn't much seaweed, unlike what we used to see in Punta Cana during this season. I highly recommend this place if you want to disconnect from the world, relax on the beach, and drink Pina Bavaro cocktails (it's a piña colada with banana). Just go for it! I already want to go back!"

"I came with my child and granddaughter. Where my daughter celebrated her 17 birthday. She love the place. The water park and beach and the pool she took a lot of pictures. The food choices was great and tasty. Overall the place was beautiful and lovely. I would sure recommend and I will return. "
