"The hotel is well located, very close to Centro Historico. It’s easy to get there from the airport by metro or by taxi. It’s very clean, the staff is extremely helpful. The beds are big and pretty comfortable. Room service is doing magnificent job. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I had a great time at the Dom Henrique. I got an upgrade upon checking in, which was nice, and I was also pleasantly surprised to be tended to by a lady at the front desk who spoke perfect French. "The hotel is in the most central street for commerce, in Porto, in a lovely area. It is a very old hotel which has been refurbished to continue to feel modern and comfortable (and it does). The room was great. Housekeepers were excellent. Breakfast was good. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that this hotel has a number of young and unexperienced workers with little notion of service, and that they are there to provide a great experience. "The hotel is in a great location! Super close to all the tourist spots. Also right next to São Bento Station. Room was great overall, big king size bed and a good amount of room for luggage. Loved that they had slippers and the hair dryer even had a diffuser for curly hair! There is an italian restaurant downstairs which had amazing food. And the breakfast option was also great with lots of options. My only complaints are the pillows felt cheap and would go flat. The shower would leak water...
