The property was in a great location. The service we received daily was excellent. Bed was so comfortable. The room we were in was close to an exit door and it was noisy. The property has a unique and fabulous internal decoration in both the general areas and bedrooms. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy. The staff were great from the moment you approach the front door and are welcomed to the hotel. The pool and restaurant has beautiful views over the city and river views to the old port houses on the other side. The breakfasts were gorgeous and food we had was all very good. It is easy walking from the hotel to the beautiful areas of Porto. Within a few minutes you are either on the river front or in the main old city and all it has to offer. If you want to be well looked after and pampered in a fabulous hotel within Porto you can't go wrong with this hotel.
