"Perfect little hotel in midtown, walking distance from all the tourist attractions but far enough to escape the city noise. the front desk was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again if I am ever in the city again. They had breakfast pastries each morning and the rooftop is soooo cool and nice. Best choice for a couple going to the city for the first time :)"

"Honestly the hotel was very nice. I was only staying the night but NY was so cold I was hopping that possibly they would let me check in at 3 but my room wasn’t ready. The front desk concierge told me that she would call me when my room was ready but never did so I checked in around 6. The room was beautiful and the view from my room as well."

"The hotel is incredibly well located, which was a big sell for us. We had two adjoining rooms in a suite for us and our kids, and the space was great. The pullout bed was not that comfortable for the kids, but our queen bed was great. We had to ask for extra pillows (there were only two for 4 of us) but we got them right away. "Huge rooms and bed, was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Location was amazing, only a couple of mins walk to central station and a lot of the big sights. Was a good place to stay as only really in the room to sleep. Only a couple of issues, the heating/aircon unit did not work, was very cold one night! Also, would recommend bringing your own shampoo and shower gel as during our one week stay they only replaced the tiny toiletries once. Also they did not change the bed sheets, only made the...

"Everything was great! We were able to check in early, with a charge, but it was great since we traveled with kids and we needed to relax before starting the day. The concierge was helpful and friendly. The room was large, though the view was of another building- we expected no view since there’s skyscrapers. We really only slept there. It was great having a diner on the 1st floor we ate breakfast there. The subway was right outside the building so it was convenient. They do a baggage hold so you don’t have to worry about taking your suitcases around the city with you on departure day. I would stay here again! "
