We were a little disappointed it was so far from the City center, but once we figured out the transportation system, it was quite easy to get around. It is probably walkable to the center in the warmer months."

"I came on a solo trip to take part in the PolarNight Half Marathon, so my single room served the purpose. Perhaps consider putting a cupboard in the bathroom area where there is space for it. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly, it was clean, and the breakfast was very good."

"Great place to stay! The online check in process, app to use the key, room and facilities were all great! The hotel is walking distance from the main part of town, walking distance from the bus stop, and a grocery store is right next door. Would highly recommend for a low frills, easy and safe place to stay while exploring Tromso. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."

"We stayed in a family room of 4. Room was small but sufficient and warm. Bunk bed was comfortable and sturdy enough so top bunk did not shake when bottom bunk moved. Hotel was very conveniently located, very easy to get to/from Airport using 42 public bus. Also about a 3-5 minute walk from all the pick up spots for our excursions. Breakfast was delicious."

"I loved the hotel overall and its location in Tromso. Unfortunately, there was no electrical outlet near the bed for my Cpap machine and I had to run a cord all across the room to use it. A trip hazard and not comfortable. "

"Excellent place to stay in central Tromso was great for a short stay close to everything so didn’t waste time getting the bus in and out. Only thing was we didn’t realise you had to tap the keycard on the outside of the door to lock it when leaving as well as unlocking it when entering, this may just be the norm in Tromso but we were happy we happened to figure it out otherwise our room with all our stuff was unlocked the whole day "
