"Just needed a stop for the night and decided on trying it out. It was very nice and wished i could stay for breakfast but had to head out early. Check in was excellent. Staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The lamps were unplugged but it was probably the lasr person not knowing how to operate an old lamp is my guess. The clock was in the drawer of the nightstand. I'd like to stay again sometime when I have time to explore the town. "

"Temporary check in needs better signage. Guest rooms have been recently remodeled and have some great features. In addition to the microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge they have a very convenient bar sink. Looks like an attractive new main check-in lobby will be finished soon. "

"Good stay. Room was big and good. Smooth check in. Had to cancel my 2nd night of reservation due to heavy snow forecast. Hotel agreed immediately which showed their deep care of customer amd not greed. I wod suggest this hotel to anyone at Reno."

"I made reservations last minute due to my flight getting canceled. It was very easy, less than 10 minutes from RENO Airport. The staff was extremely nice, everyone I met greeted me with a smile and spoke to me. The casino area was nice as well. Only bad thing I have to say, the shower in my room looked a little dirty, but I was only there for 6 hours anyway. Other than that perfect "
