Terrible service at the buffet. They seated someone else at our table while we were getting food. Beverages were hit or miss. One of the servers put a tub of dirty dishes and discarded food on my seat and walked away. The food, honestly, wasn’t very good. Dry prime rib, overcooked mac n cheese, slimy shrimp, etc. The “clarified” butter had so much stuff swimming in it. To top it off, our room was next to the elevators so it sounded like trains going by every minute all night. We won’t be visiting this property again.

Asked for a check in 3 hours early and surprisingly they provided it. The staff was friendly the accommodations were wonderful!! Great experience and I highly recommend Atlantis.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe place some napkins or paper towels in the kitchenette/bar area of the suite. We had to use tissue from the bathroom to wipe up any spills from the coffee!
