"Cute little find , as need a nights stay due to snow. Grand venue and location perfect 5 mins off m62 but very quiet.booked a superior double and got ann upgrade to a lovely spacious room. Only had a problem with no hot water which reception sent maintenance up to sort issue out . The other issue is the bedding was very very light I would say a tog 7 summer so was a bit chilly. Staff really friendly nice and polite , breakfast was also great veggie breakfast top notch . "

"Great stay, nice welcome from the owner Paul, who was very attentive during breakfast which was lovely and satisfying. Room was clean, very comfortable bed, good size TV and nice welcome tray. There was off road parking and the property was located right in the hart of Stockton Heath, so convenient for the bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended."

"Delightful in every respect. For us it’s a convenient stop off on our way up north to visit family, close to the motorway, easy to access with ample parking. The house and estate are stunning, so well maintained. The welcome is very friendly and efficient. "Quick check in, room really clean and seemed very recently built/refurbed. Really central location close to nightlife but on a quiet street so didn’t get disturbed with noise. Stayed on 6th floor and nice view across to the Mersey. Breakfast was decent enough and included in the price, not vast choice but decent enough with grab & go bags too and take away coffee cups for a quick option. "

"Due to problems elsewhere arrived late at hotel to be told we had been put as a no show. There was no phone call or text to warn us about this. It took a lengthy time to get the room reinstated. Other than that it was excellent."

"The reception staff were very friendly, helpful & welcoming. I had one small concern / constructive criticism, when finishing you meals at the restaurant, the dirty plates, glasses etc. were left on the table for a long time and on one occasion were still there when we decided to leave. We left the table approximately 30-35 minutes after finishing our meal. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use the hotel again."
