"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"Room was fantastic, equipped well and clean. The young lady on the front desk she was very kind (not sure of name she had lashes on though), and the gentlemen who escorted us to the lift was helpful and attentive at all times. The restaurant had a beautiful tree at Christmas time and it is not too far from the centre."

"I stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Liverpool. I booked this hotel as I was travelling as a family with 2 teenagers and they had family rooms which had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel is directly next to the train station so you do hear a lot of noise from the announcements. The hotel is very nice a little dated in some areas but clean and they did provide a lovely buffet breakfast. Great Rooms, Great Hotel

"Titanic is a fabulous hotel. We've stayed here 3 times and always enjoyed it. The rooms are so spacious and the styling of the hotel is great. We did have a couple of issues while we stayed with car charging and one of our showers but these were sorted out quickly by the helpful stay. Thanks so much, we will stay again."

Will be back!

"Great first stay at Quest - Liverpool is home and we visit at least once a year, so it certainly won't be the last. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money. Spacious, clean, and with an obvious effort to maintain and keep appliances up to date / well looked-after, we had no complaints! Central location is wonderful, gym is small but well-equipped, reception staff helpful."

"I had no idea what we were in for! I'm so sad we only had one night here, we will absolutely be back! Even though we were only there for a short amount of time we still walked the walls 1.5 times and they were able to get me in for a full body deep tissue massage that was one of the best i've ever had! We didn't have enough time to learn everything the city had to offer, so we will be back on our way to Wales. "
