"We absolutely loved his brilliantly located apartment. The staff were lovely and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. You hardly heard any noise at all, especially considering you were right bang in the city centre."

"It’s a boutique hotel and the appearance has got exactly that in mind. It’s a shame that the bar doesn’t seem very popular because it’s very nice. The suite itself was nice but lacked some of the amenities you can expect from hotels these days, like power sockets on either side of the bed. There was a table and chairs tucked in the corner with no lighting, which the area of the room could benefit from. "Great first stay at Quest - Liverpool is home and we visit at least once a year, so it certainly won't be the last. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money. Spacious, clean, and with an obvious effort to maintain and keep appliances up to date / well looked-after, we had no complaints! Central location is wonderful, gym is small but well-equipped, reception staff helpful."

"This place is good for a pitstop / one night or so. Check in staff were lovely, hotel & room were nice and warm in the winter. As a solo female traveller, the hotel also felt very safe. My room was good for the price, but a couple of added details could have made it great. A bedside lamp so that there was more option than just the ceiling light would be great, and looking at the shower drainage system which is slow - the shower is more of a wet room and the floor could flood easily. "

"The hotel was beautiful, staff warm and welcoming. Parking is recommended on the hotel website at the carpark next door however, this is very expensive and you do not receive a discount from Malmaison. I would recommend doing your home work on alternative parking although it was safe and manned. "
