"The Hotel was not fit to be open to the public. The room was badly in need of redecorating. The bathroom basin was blocked. The whole place was shabby. You stuck to the dinning room floor when walking on it. Could carry on but would run out of writing space. Staff were great though! "

The rooms are ok , comfortable beds , nice ensuite bathroom but obviously as it’s an older building they aren’t like a travel inn. bedroom. We loved the curtains, thick soft carpets and high quality bedding. The view from our room was fabulous too. The staff in the hotel are excellent. We received a warm welcome, and found all employees to be very professional, and friendly. The one downside was the lukewarm temperature of some of the food served in the evening meal and 'hot' breakfast. The plates were not warmed well, so the food chilled quickly before it arrived or after we began...

"We didnt get to stay Hotels.com. they stopped doing accommodation in September 2020 and you did not tell us. What kind of business are you operating? Luckily i tried to pay & couldnt so i rang the hotel & they told me. You shoukd be ashamed of yourselves, happy to take the money with no thought for your customers.
