Despite four guests arriving after me and receiving their keys promptly, I was still waiting while the staff checked various things and ultimately changed my rooms from the 16th floor to the 14th floor, citing that my original rooms was not ready. We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. Our room was at the end of the building (quieter) but the wifi did not reach to connect. We had suggested drivers from the hotel cancel on us and little help from the front desk on options.
