"I was skeptical about this hotel based on the reviews I had read but I’m glad I didn’t go off of the reviews. There are not any homeless sitting outside of the hotels. The room space is what I expected bc NY is built up not side ways so space is minimal. Time Square is about 2-3 blocks away which was perfect walking distance. "

"This hotel was perfect for our stay. It’s convenient to everything in midtown and perfect if you’re coming for shows. The staff was so helpful when it came to complications with our trip and worked to take care of everything with us after our flight home was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. Everything was great! "

The first time I stayed at the grand Hyatt was in 1984 and since that time it has grown and prospered and is a fantastic place to stay in midtown Manhattan!
