I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust with the recent experience I had with your services. Despite the hotel acknowledging the roach infestation in the room I was initially assigned, Expedia and the hotel has refused to provide a full refund.
It is utterly unacceptable to be charged for a room that was clearly infested with roaches. This is a severe health hazard and a gross violation of basic cleanliness standards. The fact that the hotel itself admitted to the issue and suggested a refund from Expedia further highlights the negligence on your part. Yet now when I ask for my refund Expedia is saying the hotel is denying the refund.
This series of unfortunate events has significantly tarnished my perception of Expedia's commitment to customer satisfaction and well-being.
I demand a full refund for the entire stay. This is not a matter of mere inconvenience but a serious health concern. Your lack of empathy and willingness to rectify the situation is appalling. I will not hesitate to share my experience on social media platforms and review websites to warn others about your substandard practices.
