"Tunamaya doesn’t fall in the high end group of resorts but it sufficed. We were mostly outside doing activities like fruit farms, firefly sightseeing and ATV rides. The view and proximity to the beach is wonderful and convenient. The food at the cafe and Nelayan restaurant was first-rate. Proximity to Wood-fire restaurant is definitely a plus when my kids crave for fast-food. The front office staff were friendly and nice. Areas to improve in: 1. "Excellent hotel located at a quiet place with water park view and it is just a stone throw away from the beautiful beach. Fantastic breakfast and great live band every night. Really enjoy the 2 night stay. Did not enter the water park but it seems quite exciting too."

Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre, an IHG Hotel

"Fairly new hotel and my second time staying. Love the location which is fully sheltered from the custom to the hotel via the link bridge and from Komtar shopping mall. Lots of good food dining options from both Komtar and sheltered link way to city square. Walkable distance to famous food like Jin Long curry fish, Hiap Joo Banana Cake, Ya Wang and Tapu Egg tarts and many more. Definitely my to go place if I wanna stay near the customs. :)"
