"Ridiculous. I did not stay at this hotel becuase it was fully booked eventhough I had paid for it. And now that I requested for a refund, the hotel/expedia is not entertaining my request promptly. Called expedia a few times, and till date no service recovery. Do I need to keep making calls just so someone can look into the matter?!! "

However, there isn't a tiny grocery in the resort, making it tough to purchase necessities. If we bring everything from home, the villas will be quite enjoyable. overall satisfactory to stay. "

"A very welcoming hotel. Friendly and nice staff always willing to help. 1. Buffet breakfast is simple and good. Would have appreciated the yogurt either kept in refrigerator or served in individual cups. 2. Gym has full facilities and in good working order. 3. Rooms are cleaned and had good aircon. 4. Only con, the public male toilet is smelly on entry. "
