"I never expect a large room when I stay in a hotel in London; not for the money I want to pay. I've stayed in several hotels around the Paddington area and this, by far, is the best. The room was tiny, but it was comfortable and, as importantly for me, the staff were absolutely excellent."

"Nice hotel conveniently located 5 minute walk to Paddington Tube station. Nice bar/restaurant with very nice staff. They are going through renovations but the makeshift checkin center/desk was convenient and nice. We will probably stay there again because the Heathrow express goes directly to Paddington, making the transfer to and from Heathrow really easy."
