"I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s a clean and very friendly warm place to stay in a fab location. It’s only a 4 minute walk from Paddington station, a 20 minute walk to Oxford Street and a 10 minute walk to Hyde Park. We enjoyed our scrambled eggs every morning. Make sure to arrive at breakfast before at 8.30 because they don’t serve scrambled eggs or porridge after 8.30am. "

"As the lift was not yet in service, I found the stairs tiring but not a problem. Perhaps at breakfast, large plates would be better to accommodate the meat, cheese, toast etc. Food was good and the assistant was helpful."
