"The staff was phenomenal! We were told the only room left in the entire hotel was downstairs in the basement.. this requires us to take an elevator down to the basement and it smelled when we got to the landing. The room was clean however was tiny. "

"Was fair considering the cost! Cheap and cheerful. My room was on the top floor though; lots of narrow steep stairs, and it was particularly stuffy up there. I think the hotel probably needs to invest in some aircon. "
