"The property is beautiful but the staff could be more attentive. When I inquired about early check in I was told it wasn't available but that he would call when a room opened up. I walked around for hours but never got called. When I showed up at the hotel an hour after normal check in, it would have been fabulous if our bags had been moved up to a room, but they were still in the deposit. "Short and sweet. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz. There are a few things I’d add. Closer plugs, bigger end tables. "

The only down point is the night unrelated to the property but during our stay were two little kids running and screaming playing at 12am waking us up only to find out they were left unsupervised and rooming next to us.
