"Orchard Hotel is very conveniently located to the major shopping district and close to the subway station. It was very easy to get to major attractions from the hotel. If we needed anything, they were very prompt in addressing it and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Just a couple of things i) I am not sure if I liked the "AI generated" call system ii) the bathroom (especially the toilet) was a little outdated but it was all right. Overall, it is not always easy to find a hotel that can accommodate a family in one room, so this was a great find. "

"Being staying in this property each time I am home visiting family during X’mas & New Year, and it never disappoints. Staff services are great, rooms are clean and closed to amenities. Best thing is I can move the airport luggage cart to drag my luggages from my room to check in counter!"

"The hotel is in a great central location and there are both MRT stations and taxi stands nearby. I appreciated having the mall next door to grab a quick bite or stop by the 7-11 for a SIM card. The thing I appreciated most was that I was able to get access to our room early in the day which was great as we had taken a red-eye and desperately needed a nap. I know that's not guaranteed by any hotel but they somehow made it happen!"
